Origami

In Room 39 we have a Japaneese student named ShunSuke who is in our class for two weeks.
He has been teaching us how to make paper origami. Here are some pictures of us learning how to make origami.

School is Cool Poster Competition

Heavy Rain Cancelled Assembly...

On Friday 21st June assembly was cancelled due to heavy rain.  What to do?????  Mrs Hulbert decided to teach the class how to sketch.  It was difficult not to hold the pencil in a writer's grip.  We sketched the sunflowers that sit up on our bookshelf.  Our drawings looked like Vincent Van Gough's 'Sunflowers'.  Some of us sketched using pencil while others used charcoal.  We were pleased with our results!
